The Role As the MEP Design Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of MEP services across various stages of design and construction. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the preparation of MEP designs, drawings, and specifications under the guidance of senior engineers. Conducting site visits to coordinate and oversee the implementation of MEP systems. Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure compliance with design requirements and project timelines. Supporting the review of technical submittals, RFI responses, and construction documents. Assisting in identifying and resolving design and installation challenges on-site. Maintaining project documentation and ensuring effective communication between design and construction teams. About You We are looking for a motivated individual with: A background in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering (degree or equivalent experience preferred). Familiarity with MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and an understanding of industry standards. Strong organisational skills and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to work both in the office and on-site. Why Join Us?
