What you can look forward to as Accounting Specialist: Electronic Invoicing: Managing and monitoring electronic invoices. Accounting Oversight: Checking and posting vendor invoices, manual customer invoices, credit notes, and warranty entries. Month-End and Year-End Closures: Gathering financial data and ensuring accurate accounting entries. Tax Compliance: Preparing and submitting periodic tax declarations (e.g., VAT, Intrastat). Audits & Controls: Supporting internal control activities and audits. Reconciliation: Handling tax payments and reconciling bank accounts.
