HSE Specialist – Temporary

Your Role and Responsibilities We are seeking an HSE Specialist for a temporary role, where you will contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance within your assigned area. Your focus will be on fostering a high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on HSE. You will support the business by leveraging your in-depth HSE knowledge to offer solutions and advice. Additionally, you will demonstrate expertise by ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence across the ABB value chain. This role is based at the Electrification Smart Buildings division in Santa Palomba and involves the following key responsibilities: Reporting HSE incidents to management and relevant stakeholders, and taking appropriate actions. Facilitating and guiding incident investigations to identify improved ways of mitigating risks. Sharing feedback with management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within the unit and across ABB. Supporting and driving behavioral changes through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices. Qualifications for the Role Demonstrated experience in industries and production environments related to safety, environment, and sustainability. Strong knowledge of ISO certifications and familiarity with relevant standards and processes. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach, initiative, creativity, and excellent attention to detail. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Italian. Degree in Engineering or a scientific field. J-18808-Ljbffr
