Diving Sales Specialist - France and Italy We are looking for a Diving Sales Specialist to join our Team at Suunto. The location of this position will be in France, working remote. If you want to join the ride, keep reading The Role We’re seeking a qualified Diving Sales Specialist to help sell the Dive products that our customers rely on. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Great knowledge of the French Dive Market is a must. Knowledge of the Italian Market is required as well as the candidate will have to drive the sales in both markets. Main responsibilities: Conducting the French & Italian dive market research, including product function experience, competitive analysis, customer demands analysis, diving organization environment, etc. Managing the local dive sales channel and growth, including communication, product training on retail as well as consumer side and diving coach commission in diving training school, dive basis, retail stores and sales outlets. Organizing and executing the local diving activities. Identifying local influencers among the dive and freediving communities. Supporting localization and outlining local content. Supporting how to do videos with the eye on local needs. Testing products and reporting local specifics to product team. Being able of giving technical trainings. Cooperating with the local or HQ marketing to develop POS. As part of the Omnichannel team, this role will also collaborate with other areas, such as Outdoor and Marketing. To succeed, you should exhibit the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in dive products sales or as an advanced and skilled dive instructor. Be familiar with dive industry and the dive sales channel. Be familiar with dive computers, software, and the different dive modes. Self-driven personality with excellent problem-solving, hands-on, and troubleshooting skills. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive A sporty individual with an outdoor and adventure-oriented mindset will be highly valued. Native in French, proficiency in Italian. Having sufficient English skills to communicate effectively in an international team. Valid work permit for France. Residing in France, preferably near the Lyon area and the Italian border What do we offer?
