About this opportunity : The Head of Security in the Automation & AI Transformation Office (ATO) is responsible for driving the NMSD strategic security initiatives and security delivery execution, ensuring adherence to Group security requirements/frameworks/policies, and external specific requirements across Service Lines in all of MELA NMSD. The position reports to the Head of Automation & AI Transformation Office (ATO) in Market Area Europe and Latin America and is a member of the ATO Leadership Team. As a global position, it is open to different main locations in the MELA geography. What you will do : Be accountable for driving tool security management for tools used in NMSD, including local tools, and aligning the process with global tool owners. Be accountable for the NMSD Security Chapter including the NMSD decentralized Security Team in all CUs and SLs. Support NMSD with security mentorship, instructions, and frameworks in key projects. Be accountable for security coordination for RAN & Transport products and solutions delivery, ensuring global security guideline adherence and local adaptations' alignment. Coordinate security updates, news, critical vulnerability coordination, and security requirements across MELA NMSD. Drive the team for security competence and abilities to enable security compliance across all solutions for the entire technology stack. Be accountable to secure security compliance across all solutions (automation and analytics). Selectively drive audits on customer proposals, projects, and programs to ensure compliance with security policy & commitments. You will bring : University degree in Business or Engineering / ICT or equivalent experience. 10 years of demonstrated ability in managerial positions within the telecom and/or ICT industry. Knowledge and experience of product/solutions security. Knowledge of ISO, NIST, and other security and privacy standards and knowledge in Enterprise Risk Management. Experience in handling a sophisticated customer environment, where Tools and Automation have been key to enable continuous transformation/evolution of the organization. Ability to effectively translate customer engagement needs into requirements. Senior capability in leading and inspiring change in a large, sophisticated organization. Ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, empowering and crafting harmonies. Ability to handle relationships at the highest level within Ericsson as well as the customer organization. Strong driver of one Ericsson and delivering on the Ericsson business strategy. Proficient in English (other languages in the MELA geography are a plus). In-depth knowledge and understanding of local culture in MELA geographies. Strong team leadership, able to lead large/matrix organizations. Create shared vision and common goals in line with Ericsson strategies, focus areas, and priorities. Ability to motivate and engage, communicating to empower and develop a dedicated culture, competence, and skills. Excellent interpersonal, social, and communication skills.
