Summary: As a Senior Analyst IT in MES area, the position will support the manufacturing area in Infrastructure setup, configuration & support, including collaboration with the Solution Architect & Enterprise teams for hosting infrastructure and databases within the MES domain area & systems integration landscape. This role requires aligning technology recommendations with company standards and coordinating with suppliers & stakeholders. The candidate will collaborate actively in MES Development & maintenance. Applying blueprints, standards & simplification is essential to ensure best solutions are in place to serve Operations & ultimately our customers. What you'll be doing: Drive the execution for infrastructure standards & setup in medium/Large size projects, demonstrating strong technical knowledge and handling complex problems. Understand business priorities in relation to infrastructure impact and apply architectural blueprints to achieve project goals. Create architectural designs to guide solution development across products, services, projects, and systems. Collaborate with a team of developers to adopt or adapt technological solutions. Provide value in accelerating development and support aspects in MES domain area & system integrations. Analyze complex infrastructure business cases & functional specifications to simplify problems within the global MES domain area. Act as the primary contact (infrastructure leader) for MES systems in optimizing software and hardware resources. Ensure the stability and reliability of the systems and lead changes or adjustments. Provide effective user support, responding promptly to requests. Work out of weekdays as needed based on business projects. Other duties as assigned. What you'll bring: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant discipline. 4 years of professional IT experience in a major global organization. Proven database skills on Oracle & SQL; DB2 is a plus. Coding skills on Dot NET; Visual C; HTML; Java/Json are a plus. Experience with both Cloud and On-premises hosting platforms; RDS (Remote Desktop Services): Citrix & Azure VDI. AWS (Amazon Web Services) experience on EC2, RDS, S3 management is a plus. English language proficiency. Qualifications: Familiarity with information models and Healthcare industry data standards. Ability to map system requirements & design infrastructure setup accordingly. Experience in gathering input and communicating ideas to clients and stakeholders. Ability to provide technical leadership and cohesive architecture approaches. Ability to work in a team setting with a focus on details and quality. Understanding of emerging technology trends to enable new business operating models. Ability to learn fast and adapt to changes. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and customer focus.
