Team Manager Microsoft Business Intelligence

As Team Manager you will provide direction and leadership to a team of BI experts and will be responsible for leading our BI implementation projects. Responsibilities: Development of a high performing Business Intelligence team; Design and implementation of innovative BI-solutions based on Microsoft technologies such as MS Azure SQL Server, Integration-, Reporting- & Analysis Services, Power BI; Analysis of the customer’s business needs, identification of process optimization opportunities; Delivery of high quality solutions for our national and international customers ensuring alignment with organizational goals; Requirements: Professional experience in Business Intelligence field; Familiarity with Microsoft Azure SQL Server; Fluency in German and English; Italian language skills will be a plus; Excellent negotiation and communication skills as well as leadership experience; Outstanding analytical competencies and a well-structured working style; Willingness to travel.
