Job Description

Responsibilities: Record all financial transactions and assisting with sales, purchases, receipts, and payments Maintain financial transactions by posting and balancing accounts, ensuring accuracy Track inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies Generate inventory reports for management review May be required to audit financial records as well as inventory records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate and work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure accurate recording of transactions and inventory levels Requirements: Accounts and inventory experience is essential - min 3 years experience Bookkeeping qualification to trial balance Attention to detail Strong organizational skills Solid understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in Accounting software - Xero and Dear Inventory system experience is ideal
