Requirements: 2 Years Administrative Experience. Fluent in English & Afrikaans Experience dealing with transporters and couriers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Must be able to work under pressure Self-management and have organizational skills which enables you to maintain your composure and still work effectively under pressured. Have an entrepreneurial spirit; positive attitude and you love working with people. Adaptive learner and can work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment. Pro-active mindset and excellent time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent people, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good computer skills especially working knowledge of accounting software. Responsibilities: Minute daily/weekly meetings. Capturing and updating customers information on accounting software. Capture quotes, job cards on accounting software. Administration and filing Provide a high level of personalized customer service To ensure accuracy and attention to detail is maintained on all stages through the repair process Assist with monthly stock takes
