Security Systems Technician (CCTV & Access Control)

A well known client in East London is looking for a qualified Security Systems Technician to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and access control systems. Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of security equipment. Ensure systems are properly integrated and functioning for security monitoring and access management. Work with clients to assess needs, design, and implement tailored security solutions. Provide technical support and training on system use and maintenance. Required Certifications: PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) certification. SAIDSA (South African Intruder Detection Services Association) certification. Skills and Experience: Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, IP cameras, and access control technologies. Knowledge of security system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience working with security-related hardware and software. Familiarity with compliance standards for the security industry.
