Job Description

Minimum requirements: Preparing weekly sales figures Capturing apps into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been submitted Assisting agents to order stock Controlling reporting of agents demos Client queries, telephonic and walk in clients Ordering of stock for agents - demo stock and stationery Supplier payment requests Petty cash Assisting HO with 010 and upfront rejection feedback Weekly reports and month end reports Must be willing to work overtime when required All duties the branch needs to be done by branch administrator Proficiency/Key Skills: Computer literacy and experience in programmes; iQ Retail, SAGE, CRM and MS Office(Excel, Outlook) Language Skills: Knowledge of grammar and punctuation Quick and accurate Core Competencies: Attention to detail Analytical thinker Ability to work under pressure Deadline driven Team player Ability to multi-task Consultant: Abigail Smith - Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen
