Academic Qualifications and Background Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management / Leadership Extensive Background in Lodge Operations Valid code 8 drivers license with PDP Work Experience 5 years of previous experience in overseeing operations of a luxury 5-Star Lodge Job technical Skills Proficient in International styles of service Proficient in the application of Up-Sell and Cross-Sell strategies Proficient in property specific management software Proficient in the application of Financial good practice Proficient in the management of the various booking channels Proficient user of Microsoft Office software applications Personal Qualities High degree of confidentiality and protection of sensitive information Committed to creating environments and systems that enable the delivery of exceptional and personalized services Create a work environment that encourages high levels of engagement with the company Persistent in establishing effective systems and process activities Does not make judgement about people based on their views, preferences, habits and behaviours Demonstrates exceptional levels of integrity, fairness and empathy Ability to work independently without receiving detailed instructions Presents impeccable grooming and deportment Emotionally stable, even tempered and calm when faced with challenges Maintains positive outlook in most challenging situations and circumstances Business Values Embraces, supports and models organizational values and culture
