QA Analyst

Our client in the manufacturing/fmcg industry is urgently looking to employ a QA Analyst at their organization Location: Nasrec, Gauteng Job Description: Overall maintenance and improvement of the quality of products, services, and processes Requirements: Please note this is a fixed term contract Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Biotech/Analytical 2 years of relevant experience within the FMCG/manufacturing industry Proven ability to manage, maintain and deliver against Customer requirements. Responsibilities: Support the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Food Safety and Quality System as per FSSC 22000 Identify areas that need to be improved and work towards enhancing the overall quality and food safety, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct detailed statistical analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in product and process quality and food safety. Perform regular GMP AND quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to products and processes. Coordinate in-house training on company policies, procedures and basic GMPs Participate in customer complaints investigations Raising nonconformances, conduct root cause analysis and investigation on non-conformances and ensure close out thereof. CCP/ OPRPs Monitoring Verifications. Serve as a technical liaison between quality and other departments. Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions. Monitor, maintain and practice safety.
