Responsibilities: Administer repairs and improvements to properties. Explore and analyze patterns of performance and reliability issues for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) products and services. Engage with Development and Service partners to identify improvement opportunities for IaaS and propose solutions. Skills & Qualifications: Typically requires field sales experience. Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer . Experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration. Experience with Wireless technologies, deploying, supporting, and doing site surveys. Solid understanding of Wireless.
