WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As part of our growth, we are seeking an HR Operations Manager based in Paris to support our Head of People. HR Operations Management: Manage and administer a variety of contracts, including French employment contracts, freelance agreements, and portage salarial arrangements. Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration for employees and contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Ensure strict compliance with French labor laws and other international employment regulations. Maintain and optimize HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and security. Address employee queries related to contracts, compensation, and HR policies. Act as the primary point of contact for audits and compliance checks related to HR operations. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to monitor and track HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, engagement, cost per hire) and provide insights Prepare compliance reports and ensure HR documentation meets regulatory requirements. Employee life cycle: Ensures the smooth execution of HR operations from onboarding to offboarding, acting as the point of reference for administrative processes. Collaborate in the implementation of programs that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention in a multicultural environment. Collaboration and Confidentiality: Build strong relationships across teams to understand and address HR needs effectively. Handle sensitive HR matters with the utmost discretion, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times. QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, ideally in an international environment. Strong expertise in managing diverse contract types, including French employment contracts, freelance agreements, and portage salarial. Deep understanding of French labor laws and familiarity with international HR practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Work independently with supervision. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and cultural initiatives. Excellent communication skills in both French and English. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
