Job Description: Work to be performed is described hereafter, and correspond to conventional activities realized during after GFV phase Creation of issues with CMT. Creation of CR Participate in CCB weekly meeting Daily exchanges with manufacturing sites SLZ & KTW Technical management of production issues Discussion with the calculations department for technical & manufacturing issues Leadership to take technical decisions and resolve mechanical project issues Modifications of FTA or drawings Checking requirements with DOORS Reporting on the progress of activities in the mechanical area and alerting N1 in the event of any problems that may affect the fulfilment of DQC commitments. Comply with and/or assign mechanical requirements and interfaces to sub-systems/equipment (allocated volume, weight, location, 3PL, etc.). Mandatory Skills: CATIA - V5 R19 with SHEETMETAL module / Standard VPF DMA 2.2 Tool box EI 150210 - Design of screwed assemblies DTRF150211 / EI 150211 Welded joints design Qualifications & Experience: Polyvalent and fully autonomous “Design engineer” (5years experience) 3 years of railway experience Experience and knowledge on CBS development range CORADIA MAX Knowledge products CORADIA LNVG & BADEN Fully autonomous with tools : CMT, DOORS
