By combining the power of Carrefour Links' in-store and e-commerce assets and traffic with Publicis Citrus Ad by Epsilon's on-site and off-site retail media technologies, Unlimitail aims to become the leading retail media player in Continental Europe and South America for in-store and digital channels. In addition to the 15 additional partners announced at the Vivatech launch, Unlimitail has a strong ambition and business plan to welcome many more retailers to its retail media platform. Role Overview: As the Strategy & Performance Manager , you will report directly to the Head of Strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: Shareholder Relations Management : Act as the key interface with the executive committees of Carrefour and Publicis, ensuring thorough preparation for Board meetings with shareholders. Strategy definition: collaborate with top management to define and refine Unlimitail's strategic direction in our 8 geographies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities Strategy Implementation : Lead the operational implementation of the strategy across various departments (e.g., sales, operations, marketing) in all our geographical regions. Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, customer behavior, and competition to provide strategic recommendations to the CEO. Performance Optimization : Analyze key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose strategies to maximize the company's efficiency and profitability. Qualifications: We are looking for a Strategy & Performance Manager who has the following skills, knowledge, and experience: Degree: Master's degree from top business or engineering school Experience: >3 years of experience in project management or consulting projects Consulting background with knowledge of the Retail Industry is highly appreciated.
