For more information, please visit www.ltimindtree.com . About the Role We are looking for a technical-functional Team Lead to lead an AMS logistics scope with one of our important clients. The Team Lead needs to have more than 8 years of experience in SAP logistics with focus on MM and SRM modules. Strong consulting skills are mandatory to successfully deliver both functional (AMOA) and technical (MOE) projects requirements. Responsibilities Define the functional requirement though business blueprint workshops. Responsible for Solution Design, Implementation and Support of SAP SRM and MM solutions across all SAP landscapes. Define and ensure the solution consistency with the Core system and SAP best practices. Responsible for coordinating and managing end to end deliverables for Build (Change Requests & Projects) and Run for critical incidents (P1). Leading project's Business requirement (Instruction), functional & technical solution deliverables. Front ending with Business to instruct the requirement, Provide consultancy, and regular updates on evolutions, Projects and critical incidents. Manage the risk with a dedicated Mitigation plan and shared during the governance meetings. Adhere to defined SLAs and KPIs. Continuous Improvement: Realize diagnostics and put in place the best practices. Qualifications French and English are mandatory 8 years of experience in SAP logistics modules with focus on MM and SRM and hands-on experience in support, customization, and configuration. Strong clients facing skills - should have worked in a customer-facing role as onsite lead for several years. Able to work on onsite offshore model to work in a cohesive manner. Experience in ECC to S4 HANA migration would be an added advantage.
