Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Manager to join our growing team in EMEA. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with an international mindset, a passion for sales and a keen interest in smart and sustainable building technologies. You will play a key role in generating new business, developing client relationships, and contributing to our sales team's success. Key duties and responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in EMEA in the real estate sector as well as retail, logistic and industrial international companies. Use various tools and strategies to generate new leads and expand our customer base. Customer Interaction: Conduct initial outreach to prospects through calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos for more in-depth discussions. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Share insights with our international team to refine sales strategies and tactics. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead progress, and sales activities in our CRM system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales activities, and progress toward targets. Provide feedback on sales processes and strategies and share your experience with your pears in other regions of the world. Skills, Competencies and Qualifications : Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: A first experience in sales or account management. Strong interest in technology, SaaS, and sustainable building. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Attributes: Highly motivated, adaptable, and proactive with a “startup” mindset. Willingness to take initiative, embrace challenges, and contribute to a rapidly evolving environment. Enthusiasm for learning and growing with the company. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic understanding of SaaS products and solutions. Eagerness to quickly pick up new tools and technologies as needed.
