About the Role: Magic Travels France is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the seamless execution of our services, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role is vital in managing reservations, maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers, and developing innovative DMC products. Key Responsibilities 1. Reservation Management • Supervise and oversee the reservation process, collaborating with the sales team and reservation colleagues. • Ensure client bookings are processed with precision and accuracy. • Verify arrangements with suppliers ahead of service dates to guarantee quality and compliance. • Proactively address and resolve any service-related issues at destinations. • Assist colleagues in selecting top-tier service providers. • Supervise the Maxis platform, ensuring alignment with updated operational procedures. 2. Concierge Services • Oversee the concierge and quality control services. • Maintain seamless communication with suppliers throughout the clients’ journeys to handle last-minute needs. • Provide personalized assistance and support to enhance the overall client experience. 3. DMC Product Creation • Analyze, select, and negotiate competitive rates for services, including transport, guided tours, and experiences. • Collaborate with suppliers to develop innovative and high-quality offerings tailored to client needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure consistent quality and value. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in an operations role within a DMC in France. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication skills in both English and French . • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. • Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach. • Familiarity with booking systems and travel-related software. • Knowledge of the luxury travel market and high-end service standards is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This is a full-time position based in our Paris office. Occasional travel may be required to meet with suppliers and clients on location.
