Role Description Join Isabelle, our VP of Marketing, as a Marketing Product Manager You will be responsible for managing and developing our products, ensuring they meet market needs and customer expectations. You will be responsible for proposing ad hoc product strategies per market thanks to a perfect knowledge of the ecosystem (SWOT analysis). Qualifications Significant experience in marketing, in a similar position, ideally in the technological, innovative and agile sector. A developed analytical mind, allowing you to interpret data and draw relevant conclusions. Proven product management skills Mastery of digital marketing and e-commerce tools. An ability to work as a team in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Agile project management in MVP mode (GANTT, backlog, etc.), respecting deadlines and budgets Strength of proposal and ease of communication Excellent ability to coordinate and unite Perfect English - Another language would be a plus (greek for example ) ⚡️ Responsibilities ⚡️ Product Benchmarking & Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to uncover product development opportunities. Develop a competitive intelligence matrix and communicate internally. Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and leverage the intelligence tool to detect risks and adjust the product mix strategy accordingly. Customer Journey Mapping & Pain Points: Identify customer pain points and communicate them to R&D for continuous improvement. Product Strategy: Develop and maintain product fact sheets, including product features, positioning, target market, and pricing strategy. Product Lifecycle Management: Implement the marketing mix (retroactively for existing products). For new products, support the product from conception to launch, including development and commercialization. Kinvent Audience Understanding: Develop surveys for the 3 target audiences. Create and distribute surveys and analysis reports. Sales Support & Arguments: Develop sales materials and arguments in collaboration with the sales and customer success teams. Promotional Activities: Develop potential promotional activities in collaboration with the sales team. Online and Distribution Sales Strategy: Define online and distribution sales strategies. Loyalty Program: Implement a loyalty program per audience. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with R&D, production, sales, and communication teams to ensure product success (appeal, visibility, etc.). KPI Tracking & Performance Measurement: Track product performance, sales evolution by product and sales channel, based on communication operations, pricing adjustments, etc. Analyze product profitability, especially in relation to events. Satisfaction Tracking: Evaluate sales, customer satisfaction, and adjust strategies accordingly.
