Your Impact: As Data and Integration Architect Manager your mission is to drive the design, development, and the implementation of standardized, the best practice-based data and integration solutions across Rexel Group’s global ecosystem. This position plays a pivotal role in enabling Rexel’s transformation into a data-driven organization by supporting advanced analytics and integration projects through state-of-the-art technological platforms. Operating from Rexel Group’s Paris headquarters, you are responsible for defining and overseeing the technological roadmap for both data and integration platforms, ensuring compliance with established standards, and securing the rapid adoption of these platforms by internal stakeholders. You collabore with IT managers, data scientists, business teams, and external providers, leveraging tools such as TIBCO, RDBMS, data lakes, and API management systems to deliver robust solutions. Your day to day: 1. Oversee Data and Integration Architecture Design Lead the design, optimization, and implementation of data and integration solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Develop and govern methodologies for data modeling, integration, and architecture across conceptual, logical, and physical layers. Design and maintain Rexel Data Model, including its lifecycle, lineage, and optimization for performance. Ensure the integration of digital (eCommerce) platforms and advanced analytics tools with enterprise data sources. Perform proof-of-concepts to confirm feasibility and effectiveness of innovative solutions such as API-based designs and micro-services. 2. Leadership and Team Management Lead and build a high-performing global team specializing in API architecture, middleware integration, and advanced data solutions. Manage both internal and external teams, including offshore resources, to deliver assignments on time and to specification. Drive talent development, upskilling team members to address emerging needs in integration and data technologies. 3. Develop Standards and Drive Adoption Create and maintain documentation, including onboarding materials and technical standards for data and integration platforms. Act as an ambassador for the platforms, ensuring their adoption by internal stakeholders and alignment with business objectives. Facilitate workshops with country IT teams to define data strategies, streamline processes, and implement effective solutions. 4. Strategic Collaboration and Roadmap Development Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to develop and execute a technological roadmap that supports organizational goals. Build productive relationships with cross-functional teams, including business solution owners, data analysts, and enterprise architects, to maximize the value of data and integration platforms. Stay informed on industry trends and evaluate new technologies to ensure Rexel’s platforms remain competitive and efficient. Your strenghts and skills : Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 10 years of professional experience in data and integration architecture. Proven experience in large-scale data and integration projects. Hands-on experience with offshore teams (India preferred). Previous consulting experience is an asset. Hard Skills : Expertise in integration architecture (10 years), micro-services, API management (5 years), and data modeling principles. Experience with RDBMS, operational data stores (ODS), data lakes, and middleware integration tools (and TIBCO would be highly appreciated) Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and software development (ideally Java). Proficiency in SQL, data catalog tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI). Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital technologies. Soft Skills Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing without formal authority. Strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems. Ability to manage change, onboard diverse teams, and foster collaboration across departments. Passion for technology and data, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
