Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership to software engineering teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high productivity. Enhance development efficiency through modern advancements like genAI. Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications with a micro-services architecture. Ensure system observability, reliability, and scalability while troubleshooting global user issues. Collaborate with product teams to define new requirements and innovative designs. Experience Significant experience leading software engineering teams, with a proven record of delivering complex projects. Adept at mentoring and empowering team members to achieve their potential. Technical Skills Expertise in software architecture, scalable application design, and micro-services development. Proficient in technologies like GraphQL, Node.js, React.js, AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, SNS, DynamoDB), and genAI tools (e.g., AWS Q, ChatGPT). Open-minded about exploring new technologies and strategies within a microservices framework. Soft Skills Strong communicator who fosters collaboration and preserves relationships while challenging ideas constructively. Passionate about innovation, with a fast-learning mindset and a tenacious approach to problem-solving. Education Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
