Service & Installation Manager

Job Role: Installation Manager Location: Birmingham (travel required) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) Metalis are currently working with a bespoke manufacturer based in Birmingham, who are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to join their team. Job Duties: Work closely with the Sales, Design, Planning and Production teams Review requirements to ensure efficient capacity within the installation Monitor and control the installation schedule Ensure all installations are completed on time Support the installation teams with solutions and ideas Lead a team of 10-12 personnel Manage projects accordingly and plan workloads Create installation reports, cost reports and report to the wider management team Continual training and support to ensure everyone meets the required standard Job Requirements: Valid SMSTS certification (prepared to fund and gain if not) Mechanical Engineering qualification (desired) Minimum 3 years experience in an Service/Installation Managerial role Excellent Maths and Literacy skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent people management skills Salary & Shift: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (depending on office/site visit) If this role is of interest to you, please apply with your CV
