Maintenance Reliability Engineer - Days Mon to Fri Fantastic salary package £42-45k generous pension & benefits Our client are a leading global FMCG company who boast a number of top brands under their product range. We are recruiting a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join their packaging plant based in Belfast, working on days Monday to Friday 7am-4pm. You'll be working in a very modern, clean and highly automated production setting. Suitable candidates will need a relevant Engineering apprenticeship and HNC qualified in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, with proven maintenance experience in production settings, preferably FMCG high speed automated equipment. The Reliability Engineer plays a key role in making the engineering department run more efficiently, reviewing maintenance plans, utilising RCA and Reliability Centred Maintenance, driving forward engineering improvements. An exciting role for an experienced Maintenance Engineer who wants to make a real impact on engineering improvements, going beyond standard maintenance tasks and joining a team with a world class mindset. The Role Maintenance, repair, problem solving and improvements of assets across the site Review and contribute to RCM, ensuring critical assessment and failure modes are addressed Review and improve maintenance strategy, adopting a pro-active and condition based mindset Carry out RCA on breakdowns and review in maintenance plans when applicable Carry out PPM's and use data analysis to deliver improvement projects Work with operators, engineers and team leaders in problem solving, information sharing and providing technical support Work to world class standards and encourage others in 5S and Asset Care Use maintenance management system (SAP) effectively What we are looking for Apprenticeship and HNC qualified Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Proven maintenance experience in a production/ FMCG setting Can identify and repair complex machine faults, electrical and mechanical Knowledge of problem solving techniques such as 5 why and RCA Understanding of asset performance and process improvements Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of industrial equipment/ FMCG production Experience with automated systems, inverters and PLC's Excellent communicator and problem solving skills Interested?
