Join their team and help build a brighter, cleaner future for all What Youll Do: Design state-of-the-art photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and shading analyses using advanced tools like AutoCAD, PVsyst, and Helioscope. Create detailed electrical and mechanical designs to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, installation crews, and sales teams. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. Innovate and contribute ideas to improve solar technologies and processes. What Were Looking For: A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience with solar design software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, etc.). A strong understanding of solar energy systems, including inverters, modules, racking, and batteries. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for innovative thinking. A commitment to sustainability and renewable energy. Bonus: NABCEP certification or similar credentials.
