Junior Accounting Professional I Contracting

Preferred: CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent qualification. 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles/projects. Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP. Industry experience in consulting or financial services is advantageous. Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Key Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Management : Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support. strategic planning. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights. Compliance and Reporting : Prepare accurate financial statements in adherence to IFRS and GAAP. Assist with compliance reviews and ensure regulatory adherence. Operational Excellence : Monitor cash flows and manage treasury functions to ensure liquidity. Leverage accounting systems to optimize processes and reporting. Taxation and Advisory : Support tax planning, preparation, and submission of returns. Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulation. Personal Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset. Ethical and trustworthy, maintaining the highest standards of integrity. Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
