Implementation Engineer

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Tertiary qualification preferred Experience with Aderant Expert software in areas such as patching, customizations, troubleshooting, and administration Experience troubleshooting technical issues on Microsoft Windows systems (Desktop/Server Support, Event Viewer logs and MS Office issues) Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Experience with web server technologies Additional preferred qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) Associate ITIL Foundation Certification (for understanding service management) VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Microsoft Certified: PowerShell Automation and Scripting Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certifications Certifications in Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Python Developer) Relevant Aderant certifications Additional preferred skills: Familiarity with Aderant Expert Experience with virtualization software (e.g., VMWare, VirtualBox) Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA, JavaScript) Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation Understanding of email server systems (e.g., Exchange Online, SMTP Servers) Duties and Responsibilities: Execution Develop and deploy software solutions that perfectly match client needs. Thoroughly test implemented solutions to guarantee quality. Offer expert technical guidance to project teams and clients. Create and maintain detailed documentation for all technical solutions and implementation procedures. Successfully manage system upgrades and ensure seamless transitions. Assistance and Problem Resolution Provide technical support during implementation phases as necessary. Investigate and swiftly resolve client-reported technical issues. Leverage SQL to generate reports and analyze data to effectively meet client requirements. Teamwork and Communication Collaborate effectively with a diverse team to achieve project goals. Guide and train team members on industry best practices and technical expertise. Regularly communicate project progress updates to all stakeholders. Actively participate in meetings and provide constructive feedback on tasks and workflows.
