Payroll Clerk

Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Payroll module within nVision, ensuring accuracy in payroll calculations and processing. Interpret and apply pay scales, deductions, and tax regulations to employee paychecks. Manage payroll data entry and updates, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Provide customer support by addressing payroll-related inquiries and resolving system issues. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration between payroll and other business functions. Perform system audits and reconcile payroll data to maintain integrity and prevent discrepancies. Train and assist end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of the payroll system.
