IT Retail Stealth Support Analyst

Your Opportunity: As IT Retail Support Analyst, you will be a part of the IT Retail Team, Stealth application stream, and will closely collaborate with other IT teams: POS systems, CRM, Omnichannel processes, Industrial solutions, and the Infrastructure team. You should have an overall understanding of Retail & Omnichannel processes of the company. You should proactively participate in day-to-day activities: solving issues, troubleshooting, coordinating external consultants, requesting and providing information needed, defining requirements, helping to clarify the doubts of users, providing training, and facilitating communication between multiple team members. Your Contribution: Support day-to-day project and maintenance activities of the entire IT Retail team Stealth application configuration (e.g., for new process implementation, new company/store opening) Assure stock alignment between Xstore and Stealth Support stock take activities worldwide (Stealth part) Troubleshoot issues (missing setup, wrong user operation, etc.) Compose clear documentation (user guides, setup guides, change requests) Collect requirements and follow up with users to close open points and make decisions Coordinate multiple partners (internal IT team members, external partners, business) Your Skills: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Stealth experience is a must; other ERP systems are a plus Experience with Stores and CRM systems is a plus Testing, debugging, and development/programming experience is appreciated SQL query and Excel skilled user (vertical lookup, pivot, etc.) Understanding of integration methods, protocols, and retail processes Proactive problem solving, excellent planning skills, and ability to endure many meetings Capability to manage several activities simultaneously and focus on results Ability to switch continuously between different tasks during the day Meet deadlines, anticipate problems, and react quickly Flexibility and ability to find compromises, curiosity Fluent in English and Italian Diversity and inclusion are integral to Versace's DNA.
