Business Controller (maternity cover)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Controller to join our finance team on a maternity cover basis. In this role you will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis, and partner with business leaders to drive performance and profitability. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, analyze financial performance, and provide actionable insights. Assist with the budgeting process and prepare forecasts to align financial targets with business goals. Collaborate with senior leaders and departments to provide financial guidance and support business decisions. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations, and improve financial processes. Track key financial metrics and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for management and contribute to special financial projects. Key skills and qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional qualification a plus). Experience: 3-5 years in business control, financial analysis, or a similar role. Fluency in both English and Italian (verbal and written). Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with the ERP system SAP.
