The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing architectural solutions that align with our business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation within the leasing sector. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Develop and maintain architectural frameworks and models that support leasing processes, including lease administration, asset management, and compliance. Domain Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of leasing regulations, market trends, and best practices to inform architectural decisions and project initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with leasing strategies. Solution Development: Design and recommend technical solutions that meet business needs while optimizing performance, scalability, and security. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, processes, and standards. Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies and tools relevant to the leasing domain, providing recommendations for integration into existing systems. Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all architectural solutions adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Training and Support : Provide guidance and support to development teams and stakeholders on architectural best practices and leasing domain knowledge. Qualifications & Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. In-depth understanding of the leasing domain, including business processes, regulatory requirements, and relevant technologies. Strong knowledge of system architecture principles and design patterns. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions. Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse teams. Familiarity with cloud technologies and integration strategies. Experience with data management and analytics within the leasing domain.
