The 360° Exhibition Management segment sees itself as a general contractor for national and international high level trade fair events. No matter how complex production, operations and logistics can be, we always find a solution - "We love challenges" We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER , to manage our special build out projects for several international large scale Art exhibition shows. You will look after our clients, support them in finding solutions. You are managing the account and maintain a lively exchange with other project managers. You are in direct contact with our clients to receive their requests, support them finding technical and design solutions, selling our solutions and managing the budget. You will have a direct exchange with all our internal and external partners, manage and coordinate them during planning, production and handover process. THE CHALLENGE As a Project Manager you are responsible for the comprehensive planning and realization of customer projects. From the design to the execution process of new or existing international projects (design, budget, modularity, processes, sustainability). You are in close contact with our national and international customers and support them during the entire process from planning up to the successful realization of their projects. Looking for and developing opportunities to retain the customer and sell further products You are the interface between our clients and our partners during the entire project cycle and maintain clear and effective communication across all stakeholders. You adapt to changing client requests and project circumstances with a solution-oriented mindset. You are leading a dedicated project team. Your planning ensures that project risks are assessed, and the appropriate catalog of measures is proactively addressed You are managing the project budget, the financial controlling and ensuring that financial project targets are met You supervise the projects on site and are responsible for the timely delivery to our customers. This involves national and international travel of up to one month throughout the year in Europe, USA and Asia, as well as occasional project-related weekend work. YOUR PROFILE You have a strong academic background in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Alternatively, a professional qualification such as Interior Design, Exhibition Management, Event Management, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management. Additional training or certifications in project or event management are a plus. You have proven experience of min 8 years in project management, preferably in the exhibitions, arts or a related creative field. You have a track record of managing national and international projects, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, including demanding clients. You have exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively. You have strong decision-making abilities, with the aptitude to prioritize tasks and maintain calm under pressure. You have a strong spatial awareness and are forward-thinking. You have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse teams. You have a decent understanding of construction materials used in exhibitions or demonstrated ability to quickly learn technical concepts. You have an open-minded, proactive, and flexible approach to dynamic work environments and evolving client needs. You have a structured and goal-oriented work ethic, thriving in international team settings and remote work environments. You have a solution-oriented mindset, high sense of responsibility, and exceptional organizational skills. A willingness to adapt to flexible working hours and accommodate time zones. Enthusiasm for flexible work schedules that balance client needs and project demands. You have very good MS Office skills. Fluent in French and English (writing and speaking). Any other languages are a benefit.
