Key Responsibilities: Provide support for internal and external customer infrastructure. Manage and troubleshoot MS Server environments. Deliver Office 365 support and solutions. Provide comprehensive desktop support. Essential Skills & Expertise: Windows Server (certification is highly beneficial). VOIP technologies. Networking principles and best practices. Mikrotik routing and switching (certification is highly beneficial). Qualifications & Desired Experience: Relevant IT Degree/Diploma. Hands-on experience in the following is an advantage: MS Server (2016/2019/2022). SQL (2014/2017/2019). MS IIS (8, 8.5, 10). Routing and switching (Mikrotik). UTMs and IT security.
