Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Present, promote, and sell products to distributors and end users. Foster distributor growth through targeted end-user engagement. Develop in-depth product knowledge through training and self-driven research. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. Generate and pursue customer leads, including cold calling. Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and coordinate sales strategies. Analyse market potential and track sales performance using CRM software (Skynamo). Report insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends. Actively seek feedback to enhance personal performance and sales results. Stay informed on regional trends, opportunities, and events. Communicate effectively with internal sales staff to maintain a cohesive sales approach. Requirements: Proven experience as a sales representative (industry-specific experience not mandatory). Minimum qualification Matric Certificate. Ownership of a reliable vehicle for daily use. Strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships. Highly motivated, with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Skilled in tailoring presentations to meet audience-specific needs. Open to feedback and experienced in relationship management.
