Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify procurement demands and execute the purchase of goods and services to meet operational needs. Process and manage purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently. Oversee Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) management to ensure optimal stock levels. Engage with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records. Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing activities with production schedules. Analyze and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure procurement accuracy and cost-effectiveness. Monitor market trends and supplier performance for continuous improvement. Requirements: National Diploma in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a buying role Proficient in using procurement software and tools, with strong computer literacy. Familiarity with BOMs and the ability to interpret technical specifications. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
