Based in the vibrant heart of Paris, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our multidisciplinary team and lead critical data initiatives that shape the future of healthcare. Role Overview: As a Senior Data Scientist , you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and data-driven solutions for our medical devices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical researchers, regulatory experts, and product managers, to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that improve patient care and medical outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models for real-time medical data analysis. Work on complex datasets, including medical imaging, biosignal data, and clinical trial data. Design and implement predictive models and algorithms to enhance device performance and diagnostic accuracy. Collaborate closely with hardware and software engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into medical devices. Ensure compliance with medical regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, CE marking) in AI model development and validation. Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership in data science best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and their applications in healthcare and medical devices. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in data science, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry. Education: Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages. Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with time-series analysis, signal processing, or medical image analysis. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for AI in medical devices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
