You will contribute to improving customer knowledge and provide decision support to the marketing teams of our clients. Your main responsibilities will include: Analyzing customer behaviour Segmentations Scoring (churn, propensity, etc.) Campaign performance analysis, etc. You will manage projects end-to-end and will be involved in all phases, from briefing to presenting results and marketing recommendations to clients. As an experienced consultant, you may also have the opportunity to mentor interns or junior consultants on client projects if you wish. Profile With a Master's degree in statistics, science, or econometrics, you have significant experience in marketing, ideally in a consulting environment. You are particularly interested in the strategic and operational application of data for customer insights and Marketing/Sales actions. You are eager to take ownership of projects within a young and dynamic team, contributing to internal initiatives specific to the data Business Unit (e.g., CV and organizational chart revamps, recruitment test revisions, etc.). You are the right fit for us if you have the following technical & statistical skills: Simple and advanced descriptive analysis, Predictive analysis, Scoring model development, Implementation of operational segmentations, Time series analysis, Population adjustment methods, Structural equations, Expertise in a statistical programming language: Python and/or R, SAS, SQL, Dataiku, Tableau/Power BI. You are also interested in advanced methodologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, you have complementary Marketing skills: Providing marketing recommendations, Calculating ROI, Customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention, Identifying potential, value, and customer lifetime. And finally, the cherry on top: You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills. You are proactive, dynamic, and a team player, always looking to contribute and be part of a team that communicates Velvet's vision to our clients.
