Talent Attraction Consultant

We are seeking a Talent Attraction Consultant to join our Talent Attraction Team , composed of 12 professionals. The team is responsible for recruiting both Junior and Experienced hires (through external hires and internal mobility), and handling Campus Recruitment. This role will focus specifically on supporting our GCOO (Global Chief Operating Officer) business line, covering the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our business. The GCOO business line is composed of 7 teams: Technology Third Parties & Investment Support Innovation, Client Operations & Performance and Reporting Transformation, Project Management & Product Engineering Security Data & Analytics Management Facilities & Nearshoring DISCOVER Your Opportunity The TA Consultant has complete responsibility and accountability over every open requisition assigned to him/her, from the opening of the role until the new joiner onboarding. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand the specific needs of the business by performing detailed due diligence: reporting lines, organizational structure, job description, skill sets, competencies, and experience requirements. Identify the optimal sourcing strategy for each role, including social media, referrals, alumni networks, specialist conferences/events, career sites, job boards or headhunters. Efficiently manage the sourcing and recruitment process (publication, sourcing, screening, interviewing) by: - Building a strong candidate pipeline for each open role, adhering to AXA IM's guidelines for diverse candidates and interview panels. - Selecting candidates based on skill and competency requirements, as well as cultural and motivational fit. - Using current and best-in-class screening and interviewing techniques while providing exceptional candidate care to ensure a smooth and positive interview experience. - Producing high-quality assessment reports to provide actionable recommendations to the business. Discuss the offers and compensation benchmarks with the Compensation & Benefits team and the dedicated HRBP. Enhance the candidate experience and the visibility of our employer brand by contributing to various HR projects. Take an active interest in the scope of intervention, understanding their specificities and the dynamics of the markets and the teams to be recognized as an expert recruiter and trusted business partner. Participate in or lead initiatives to assist the Campus team, including attending career fairs, and help convert our campus talents into permanent roles. Your Profile Qualifications Master's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience & Competencies Minimum 3 years of proven successful experience in recruiting in Finance/Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have a track record of sourcing and recruiting talent for both junior and senior positions either in an executive search agency or in a corporate setting. Demonstrated expertise in candidate selection and assessment. Fluent in both French and English. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Client-focused, results-oriented, and committed to ensure satisfaction for both Hiring Managers and candidates. Strong team player with a collaborative approach. Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand and align with expectations. Proficient in using HRIS tools and leveraging social media platforms for recruitment.
