Scrum Master

We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide our teams in delivering high-quality solutions. Responsibilities: Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple agile teams, guiding them through Scrum practices and principles. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Remove impediments and blockers that may hinder the team’s progress. Collaborate with product owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized. Coach team members on agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor and report on team performance metrics, ensuring alignment with project goals. Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within the team. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and KANBAN. Proven track record of successfully leading agile teams and delivering software projects. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
