We are currently focused on delivering a SaaS based platform to the global ETF community to streamline workflows related to primary market transactions. In doing so, we work with ETF issuers, authorised participants, custodians, administrators, banks and brokers. We are a team of experienced finance specialists, entrepreneurs, business executives and software developers with a passion for eliminating inefficiencies in financial markets. The business has achieved excellent traction since its incorporation in 2021 with more than 30 contracted counterparties. ETPLink is majority owned by one of the largest global proprietary trading firms. What we are looking for: We are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will oversee and deliver high-impact projects within our ETF ecosystem. You will have a passion for driving fintech innovation, a solid understanding of financial markets, a strong background in project management, and exceptional organisational skills. Key Responsibilities: · Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements for enhancements to the ETF SaaS platform · Process Analysis: Evaluate current processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation · Solution Design: Work closely with the product and development teams to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications and solutions · Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals · Execution Oversight: Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget · Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress, using tools to track milestones, KPIs and deliverables. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders · Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business users, developers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment · Process Optimisation: Drive continuous improvement by refining project management processes, tools and methodologies · Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation · Testing & Validation: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business objectives and quality standards · Documentation: Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including use cases, workflows and system requirements Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related field · 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, preferably in the finance, fintech or SaaS domain · Solid understanding of financial markets.
