Technical Support Technician

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for 2 X Technical Support Technicians for a fast growing engineering contractor who provide technical assistance and installation of bespoke products across the UK and internationally. The role will be a full time position and the salary range will be dependent off previous experience levels. Job Duties: To support the installation and maintenance of integrated systems To provided preventative and routine maintenance checks and modifications Provide telephone support to assist with technical queries Order, install and return parts To travel to sites to provide assistance both in the UK and internationally The role will be predominately site based for an initial 12 month period through a training period to learn and understand a new and developing technology, once the systems begin to be integrated the role will become more site based, with on site visits to UK and abroad customers
