Job Description The ideal candidate possesses a solid background in the industry, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and strong leadership skills. The CEO will be responsible for defining the company's strategy, overseeing operations, managing customer and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the long-term profitability and sustainability of the company. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a long-term company strategy, aligned with market trends and customer needs Lead and motivate a high-performing executive team, fostering a results-oriented and innovative company culture Oversee all operational activities, including production, logistics, quality, and safety Define and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and profitability Monitor the company's financial performance, manage the budget, and ensure financial sustainability Promote technological innovation and the development of new products and services Represent the company to institutions, industry associations, and key customers.
