Job Description

Were looking for A Sales Manager that will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Whats the role? You will be responsible for New Business Development: Identifying and researching potential clients. Monitoring all the warm leads that come through. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Presenting the business to the client and understanding all of the clients needs and requirements. Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Creating contracts for services and sending it through to the client. Effectively adding services to contracts when required. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Finding and developing new markets. Developing goals and business growth /Strategy- International Affairs. Ensuring quality control of documents leaving the company (tenders, proposals etc). Ensuring compliance with company reporting and compliance requirements, and escalating any material breaches to appropriate management. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners. Resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and work to develop new customer relationships. Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Provide coaching, training, and support to team members, helping them to improve performance and grow professionally. Set clear individual and team goals and monitor performance to ensure success. Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. Continuously assess and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness and optimize sales outcomes. Budget & Resource Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve targets. Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies. Who are you? The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives. You have strong leadership and people management skills. You have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. You have effective communication and interpersonal skills. You have a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You have the ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Boxes to tick Matric. 3 years of sales experience in a pharmaceutical/medical device industry. Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field. Masters (Preferred). Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. French speaking would be advantageous.
