JUNIOR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Position Overview: Our client is looking to recruit a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer with less than 3 years of experience. This is a great opportunity to expand your experience and product offering in the heavy machinery design and development environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Skills Required: Experience in industrial machinery design or related fields is advantageous but not essential. Less than 2 years of postgraduate experience. Ability to develop on the job and adapt to new challenges. Strong analytical skills and expertise in understanding complex issues. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment. Self-motivated, performance-driven, loyal, and dedicated. Passionate about engineering with an assertive approach. Proficiency in mechanical design software.   Key Responsibilities: Translate technical details and comprehensive requirement specifications from customers into effective and practical designs. Collaborate closely with management to enhance customer service and develop new business opportunities. Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
