My client is seeking two motivated and experienced Buyers to join their team and contribute to their mission of delivering top-tier service and products to their customers. The successful candidates will play a critical role in managing procurement activities, ensuring the best value and quality for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers to ensure reliability and quality. Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals. Conduct local market pricing analysis to ensure competitive procurement. Procurement Operations: Coordinate the sourcing and purchasing of goods in line with company requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. ERP System Management: Utilize ERP systems to manage procurement processes efficiently. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier interactions. Collaboration: Liaise with the Financial Manager to align procurement activities with budgetary goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support organizational needs. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: A Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in procurement or buying. Exposure to ERP systems is highly advantageous.
