Senior Data Analyst

Main Function: In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex analytics solutions. You will collect, interpret, and analyze data to generate actionable insights, and provide leadership in data management and technical solutions. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior analysts and ensuring the highest quality output across projects. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science , Data Analytics , or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 6-7 years of professional experience in data analysis or related field. Certifications in data security or cloud computing technologies are advantageous. Requirements: Expertise in Microsoft SQL , Tableau , Power BI , AWS Big Data , and related analytics tools. Advanced knowledge of data models, database design, and development. Proficiency in ETL frameworks , JavaScript , XML , and other relevant programming languages. Strong statistical proficiency and experience with data analysis tools. Key Responsibilities (KPAs): Lead the design, development, and implementation of analytics applications and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data analytics solutions. Provide leadership in data warehousing, ensuring data integrity and security measures. Interpret complex data and provide ongoing reports and insights to stakeholders. Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. Manage data security compliance and ensure adherence to privacy and protection guidelines. Mentor and guide Junior Analysts, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
