Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Design and implement a comprehensive channel partnership strategy in alignment with the companys business objectives. Identify and recruit channel partners such as financial institutions, technology vendors, equipment manufacturers, and service providers. Ensure strategies are actionable, measurable, and focused on achieving defined business outcomes. Partnership Development and Enablement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key channel partners, fostering collaboration and alignment. Develop tailored training modules highlighting key aspects such as the benefits of leasing solutions, tax implications, and operational advantages. Provide partners with marketing resources, sales tools, and continuous support to ensure their success in promoting leasing solutions. Organize workshops, webinars, and certification programs to empower partners. Sales and Market Expansion: Develop and oversee joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth. Leverage channel partnerships to penetrate untapped markets, particularly in industries reliant on asset financing. Design partner-specific marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and market share growth. Performance Monitoring and Analytics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as partner-driven leasing revenue, lead generation, and conversion rates. Conduct data-driven reviews to evaluate partner performance and provide actionable feedback. Create incentive programs to align partners with growth targets. Market Insight and Strategy Adjustment: Monitor evolving market trends, competitor movements, and customer preferences to adapt partnership strategies. Provide feedback to internal teams for product development and pricing strategies. Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure partner-led leasing solutions comply with financial regulations and industry standards. Conduct periodic audits of partner activities to mitigate risks associated with financial mismanagement or non-compliance. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to support channel operations and achieve targets. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partner integration. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8 years of experience in channel sales, partnership management, or business development, preferably within the fintech leasing or asset finance industry. Proven success in scaling partner networks and building strategic partnerships. In-depth understanding of leasing and financial solutions, including lease structuring, financial analysis, and ROI projections. Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging data for decision-making. Leadership experience with a track record of achieving results through team motivation.
