Financial Manager

A well-established company specializing in the design, manufacturing , and supply of corrugated packaging solutions is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Financial Manager to oversee and manage their financial operations on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and cost analysis to support business growth and ensure financial stability . Duties: Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure. Work closely with senior leadership and various departments to inform strategic decision-making. Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure effective performance and professional development. Implement and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate financial risks . Qualifications & Skills: CIMA qualified with a strong financial management background. At least 8 years of relevant experience in financial management, ideally within a manufacturing or product-based environment.
