Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a dynamic team. Responsibilities: Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and document business requirements for systems and processes Develop solutions by translating requirements into artefacts such as User Stories, Business Rules, and Wireframes Participate in Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure systems meet expectations Identify opportunities for process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field is required 5 Years of experience which includes 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with system implementation Expertise in areas such as Digital Solutions, Lending, Fraud, or Customer Onboarding EE Disclaimer: All positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
